POSITION: Customer Support Executive/ Engineer


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Reporting to Manager- CSC and assist him/her in daily customer support activities
  • Receive & make the calls / mails and letters of customers/government authorities and to reply and maintain the data.
  • Prepare and maintain Service Request Forms and supporting documents.
  • Attend and resolve the queries raised by the customers by coordinating with the technical team and the clients..
  • Maintain confidentiality of work.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by competent authority.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Engineering Degree or Graduate in any stream.
  • Good Computer knowledge.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Preferable: 02 years experience in customer handling.
